Built for the used electronics business.
SerialFlow started as the in-house system of a working reseller, because generic inventory tools offer one quantity field where this trade needs an IMEI, a grade and a per-unit cost. It grew into the whole platform: purchasing, grading, listing, shipping and returns, synced with the marketplaces where used devices sell.

One plan, and it costs nothing until the beta ends on a date we publish first.
- No card to sign up. A workspace name, an email address and a password.
- Every feature that exists is included. Serialized and bulk stock, purchasing, sales, shipping, returns, the ledger, eBay, the buyer portal, labels.
- Device diagnostics are capped per workspace. They cost us money on every check, so each workspace gets a monthly allowance and sees its count. Nothing else is metered.
- Postage is never ours. Labels are bought through your own ShipStation or carrier account; we never hold postage money or charge for a label.
- A published end date. When the beta ends you are told which plan you are on and what it costs, by email, before anything is charged, and you can export and leave first.
